Summary: Managing retail business, taking control and managing all aspects of the business.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Financial Management:
• Ensure that the necessary systems are in place to control cash, bank transfers etc.
• Managing Debtors and Creditors
• Managing stock ordering;
• Managing cash handling;
• Controlling margins and wastage and stock losses.

Stock Management:
• Ensure sufficient stock levels at all times;
• Manage stock ordering;
• Monitor and control margins, wastage and stock losses;
• Ensure that the best products at the best possible price is available.

Site Management/Marketing:
• Ensure compliance with different operating procedures
• Develop, implement and maintain a practical marketing plan, over and above the fuel company’s campaigns;
• Ensure that the layout is in accordance with company's standards;
• Compiling marketing strategy in order to ensure profitability, market awareness etc;

Staff Management:
