Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer

- Assist with urgent requests or issue escalations as needed

- Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives. Identify sales opportunities, networking and fact-finding

Requirements:

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills

- Proven account management or other relevant experience

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

- Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills

- Self-motivated to continuously expand skills and professional knowledge
