1.Guiding on-site technicians to make process adjustment and optimization to ensure stable production. Continuous improvement of mass-produced products to promote the achievement of IPI indicators (RFT/conformity/beat, etc.).

2.Analyze relevant issues raised by internal and external customers and track feedback, progress and results.；Production site difficult process problem solving and experience summarization;
