Lead the development of a known well drilling project from conceptualization to approval. Organize a multi-disciplinary project develoment team to work-up project to a state of execution readiness. Provide overall management until post-drilling well cut-in. Support well drilling execution.

Planning: Proposes well targets and prepares well design options and geological prognoses. Collaborates with relevant groups to accomplish a commercially viable well, with an optimum drilling program based on sound geological assessments, using available geoscientific information. Ensures readiness of all civil works-related activities prior to pad acceptance.

Implementation: Oversees and manages the wellsitting side of the drilling operations; provides a comprehensive technical assessment, and recommends, together with the Wellsite Geologist (WSG), on the daily drilling operations of all EDC operating fields, both local and international... More Detail
