Job Description:
• Plan, develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes that support the overall business objectives and ensure compliance with company directions and Malaysian laws and regulations.
• Plan and execute the full HR strategy of identifying the skillsets and manpower requirements of a fast-expanding organization in terms of talent scouting & internship programs, selection process, on-boarding & orientation, retention, team building & fostering of corporate culture and continuous training and up-skilling of staffs.
• Oversee and implement performance management activities, including salary scheme, performance appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
• Design and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligned with organizational goals.
