Job Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing furniture, providing expert advice on styles, materials, and design options.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales.
- Providing excellent customer service before, during and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Staying updated on furniture trends, product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve overall sales and customer service objectives.
- Participating in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Job Requirements
- At least SPM or relevant.
- At least 2 years working experience in sales.
- Good demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated & energetic.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to work in shift.
