Job Description:

The SHOB Infrastructure Department focuses on monitoring systems using SHOB tools to ensure the continuity and availability of the national system service. The unit oversees various monitoring tools, including traditional monitoring, user experience monitoring, synthetic monitoring, cloud, mobile, etc. Responsibilities include developing monitoring packages for systems, consulting and planning new security solutions (e.g., implementing Splunk, Zabbix), supporting existing security systems, collaborating with development and IT teams, and serving as a secondary line of defense and professional anchor for team members in investigating and solving problems.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in establishing, managing, and maintaining SHOB system – mandatory.
