Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Indramayu as a farmer with flexibility for some remote work. The Farmer will be responsible for cultivating and harvesting crops and maintaining and operating farm equipment. The Farmer will also monitor crop health, irrigation systems, and weather conditions to ensure optimal crop yields.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred
• Knowledge of different types of crops and farming practices
• Ability to operate and maintain various farm equipment and tools
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
