Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Salesperson at Cement Distribution Company located in Dodoma. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for day to day building material sales to the market and providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products to customers, maintaining a clean and organized sales area, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

MUST BE FROM CEMENT MARKET. Project and tender filling.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service for cement abd building material

.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if necessary
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
