Environment: As part of a team dedicated to the OPERATIONS of connected services, you will ensure the global improvement of all features offered to our final customers.

Mission :

Feature quality level:

· Accountable for the quality level of the feature.

· Build and present all KPI that define the quality level

· Analyze all variation of KPI and propose convergence action plan if needed.

Problem management:

· Identify all problems (raised by general breakdown or recurrent customer incident)

· Accountable for the resolution of all problems: drive problem resolution, be part of the analysis, be part of the solution identification

· Define the prioritization for each problem

Project (operation readiness): ab

· Make sure that all requirements from OPERATION are fulfilled by the project at each milestone of the project.
