Education background:

Minimum Skills Required:
• 6 months to 1 year of minimum experience in Customer Service in the Banking Industry.
• Decision-making and analytical skills are essential.
• Flexible to changes, good time management, can work under pressure, and confident in handling complex situations.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to navigate web-based applications.

Work experience:
