Introduction

Requirements:
• A relevant qualification in Business Management or Finance will be advantageous
• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• Private healthcare experience within pharmacy or hospital environment
• Knowledge and Experience of a pharmaceutical stock control system, preferably SAP
• Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills

The main purpose of this position:

The Senior Pharmacy Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of the local Pharmacy Stock Master, accurate goods receipting and maintenance of accurate pharmacy records as per GPP requirements

In addition, assist the Pharmacy Manager with stock reports, analysis of the data and actions to improve on any identified gaps

Act as link between Pharmacy and Finance
