Full-time receptionist/ office administrator (LEGAL)

GeorgeFull-time temp receptionist/ office administrator based at a law firm in George. The sucessful person MUST come with experience witin a legal environment. This is NOT negotiable.
(3-month fixed contract - Mondays to Fridays).
Preferably female, and must live in George, and must be able to travel to and from work.
The Minimum Requirement For The Post Is:
• The candidate must be well-spoken, bilingual, dynamic, and able to multi-task;
• Responsible for answering switchboard phones, routing calls to appropriate offices, and taking down messages;
• Greet visitors and clients as they walk into the offices;
• Responsible for booking meeting rooms, travel (when required), and couriers, serve refreshments at meetings.
• Provide support to directors, the office manager, and HR stationed in Pretoria, for the smooth operation of the office
• Computer literacy and a high level of accuracy are essential. MS Word, EXCEL, and Microsoft outlook.
