As Senior Legal Associate you will be responsible for:
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents: NDA, termsheets, LOI, Shareholders agreements, Share purchase agreement, stock option plan, … ;
• Carrying out in-depth legal analyses of companies (vendor due diligences);
• Drafting commercial documents : information memoranda, one pager, pitch deck ;
• Participating in client meetings, negotiations, or assist clients in board and shareholder meetings ;
