Clarivate is seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst to join our dynamic IP Content Strategy and Management team.

The Operational Excellence Analyst will be a key contributor to the departments goal of building an IP content knowledge base. This knowledge base will not only help documenting and centralizing the company’s implicit IP content knowledge, currently scattered across different stakeholder teams. It will also allow standardizing the company’s approach and create repeatable procedures for:
• Defining IP content requirements that are in line with the company’s IP content strategy and that meet the needs of our customers
• Solving metadata and content issues in the most efficient way possible and in line with the company’s IP content strategy and client requirements
• Continuously improving the IP content as well as how it is analyzed, assessed, acquired, ingested and enriched, in support of the company’s IP content strategy
