GOALS OF THE POSITION:

To lead the Operations team together with the Production Manager. As an Assistant Production

Manager (APM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of our

data across various pillars within the production line. Your responsibilities will involve leading &

managing teams of data research specialists, coordinating operations and driving continuous

improvement in Operations.

The ideal candidate for this role is a natural leader, self-starter, and critical thinker with solid

experience in Team Management & demonstrated expertise in KPI Management & Operations.
