YOUR ROLE
• Conducts inspection, verification, and PROPER pinpointing of properties (Real Estate and Chattel) offered as collateral.
• Check building codes and zoning to determine any effects on the property being appraised.
• Prepare written reports that estimate values of property offered as collateral.
• Compute final estimate taking into account such factor as depreciation , value comparison of similar properties, income potential and other factors affecting values like location, shape, size, etc.
• Inspection of property improvement to evaluate construction materials, condition, special features, and functional design. Ensure actual and accurate measurement of improvement.
• Evaluate land and neighborhood where property is situated in consideration to location, trends or impending changes that could influence future value of the property.
