• Issuing of Official Receipt.
• Posting of payments.
• Attending phone calls & doing CNC
reports.
• Received used / unused of airway bills from field representatives.
• Encodes logistics data in used
airway bills to the system.
• Tags Proof of Delivery (POD)
from the branches in a daily basis as our proof that cargoes have already
been delivered and received by customers.
• Monitors / tags each field
representative unused airway bills which should again be issued to them
the following day.
• Maintain records on excel file
airway bills for shipments cancelled, on hold or returned to sender (RTS).
• Tags cancelled or returned to
sender (RTS) at the system.
• Receives duly filled out series
form from the field representatives and keep them for file.
• Updates undelivered cargoes at
Cargo Monitoring at the system in a daily basis.
• Scans all airway bills received
from the field representatives.
