We are outsourcing for experienced general Manager to lead the operation of the hotel .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, Exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee day to day operations of the hotel including front office,housekeeping ,food and beverage,and maintenance department.

2.develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit

3.recruit ,train and manage hotel staff , fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

4. Monitor and analyze financial performance,prepare budgets and implement cost saving measures.

5. Maintain strong relationship with customers, suppliers and local community partners.

6. Implements and maintain effective systems for hotel operations ,including reservations ,inventory management and quality control.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bsc in Hospitality management or related field
