Delivery Manager:

Customer Call Representative:

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and tact.
• Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
