Job Identification

We are looking for a Import and Export Specialist to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan.

What We Expect
• Timely collect, check the completeness and correctness of documents required for customs clearance of goods and materials, and promptly provide these to customs representatives;
• Ensure timely fulfilment of customs procedures relating to import and export of raw materials, packaging materials, and RTD (ready-to-drink) products;
• Timely provide the finance department with customs declarations, and the quality department with certificates of conformity, quality licenses;
• Monitor and control own customs zones, and provide quarterly reports on these to state customs authorities;
• Organize and control process of transferring materials between CCAB customs zones.
