Job Description:
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major customers to ensure they do not turn to any competitor for long-lasting relationships
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in generating new sales
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Plan, monitor, and be responsible for the achievement of sales targets, the processing and delivery of goods, and the implementation of marketing strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or Chinese literature
• Minimum 1 year's experience as Key Account
