Maintain personnel adherence to SOP/Quality Standards/company regulations and ensures that the QMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained.

Responsibilities
• Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
• Demonstrate good safety behaviour through audits and SOR report
• Maintain certificate compliance of ISO 9001:2015 through external audit by LRQA
• Collaborate with related functions/department to close audit findings and verification
• Ensure that all in-house procedure/SOP/WI are up to date
• Maintain validity of license/work permit/SIO
• Maintain compliance with SNI requirements
• Ensure validity of applied SNI certificate
• Perform SNI audit in terms of surveillance, expansion & development
