Our client is a very successful manufacturing company providing quality products to the construction, agricultural and domestics markets.
Job Description
Our client now has an opening for an Admin & Logistics Coordinator based at their Head Office in Ruthin. Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
• Dispatch Planning and arranging collections.
• Coordinating deliveries.
• Invoicing - Sage 50
• Making and receiving telephone calls.
• Raising Purchase Orders and relevant paperwork.
• Working closely with our team of HGV drivers to assist with their working day.
• Checking of driving licences
• General administration
• Able to work autonomously and also as part of a team.
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.
Working Hours Are
Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 08:00am to 3:00pm, 30 minutes break.
£13.00 per hour.
