Our department consists of four teams that operate on a rotation to produce submarine components for ongoing projects commissioned for the American and British Navies. This ensures continuous quality production and timely delivery of the components, meeting the demands of both navel forces.

The role

As a First Line Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Using your developed leadership skills, you will oversee a team of 10 to 15 members, including welders and fabricators, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, on time, and with a quality output that meets operational standards and production schedules efficiently.
