About The Department

You will lead 1-2 larger-scale projects and some minor projects per year, together with a project team of 2-30 people depending on the project scope. You will report to the Global CAPEX Director. As the Senior Project Manager, you own the strategic and critical CAPEX projects. Your primary tasks run at our manufacturing site, but the team is also involved in the establishment of new equipment at external manufacturers from the commercial side and could also be involved in projects in San Diego and Bern. You will be responsible for and ensure project execution of all phases in your projects including scope definition, identifying the solution, and mitigating risks, time, budget, and quality.
