Our client is looking for a person for the position of Junior HR Officer based in Kontich, Belgium.Examples of daily duties:Support for the Sr HR Manager , the HR business partners and all employees in Kontich facilityTake care of HR administration in general, including the triage of mail, filing, etc.Take care of onboarding and promotions, registration in SuccessFactors of new hires and changesProvide ad hoc support for the Snr HR Manager and the rest of the HR teamManage the request for government support for training hours (Vlaams Opleidingsverlof)Support for wellbeing policy and contacts with external service (IDEWE) What will make you successfull?university degree1-2 years of experience working in HR areafluent in Dutch and Englishfamiliarity with Protime suite, MS Office, e-Bloxknowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPointknowledge of employment and social law You will be joining a great team!Nice salary package with fringe benefits More Detail
