As an Atlassian Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration, operation, and support of Atlassian products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients, to deliver superior technical support and solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and others.
• Collaborate with the business to understand their requirements and recommend tailored Atlassian solutions to meet their needs.
