For our client, an established bank on the island, we are looking for a Risk Manager.

Tasks

Ensure, in consultation with the Senior Manager Risk & Compliance (the SMRC) that the Bank (Curacao, Bonaire, and Sint Maarten) has an adequate credit market, and operational risk framework and procedures in place, based on the Banks Corporate Strategy.

Ensure, in consultation with the SMRC that the bank is in full compliance with all banking laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Accountabilities

Enterprise Risk Management policy

Develop and/or support the SMRC in the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Policy and Standard of the bank as approved by the Management Board and Supervisory Board of the bank, based on the corporate strategy, to comply fully with all banking laws, regulation, and internal policies and procedures.
