General Affairs Senior Officer

Responsibilities
• General service management: housekeeping, cafeteria, car service.
• Non-manufacturing purchasing.
• Contracts and other agreements.
• Licenses and reports related to government matters. Ex. Ror Ngor. 4, Ror Ngor. 8, Signboard and Building Tax.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Administration or related fields.
• Leadership skills, analytical ability and problem solving.
• Contract management knowledge, service agreements design and monitoring.
• At least 5 - 8 years experiences in Administration, General Affairs or related job area
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Coordinating skills.
• Have teamwork mindset.
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
• Good command in English, both written and spoken. (TOEIC score 500+ is a plus.)
