Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the recycling plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies. Manage and lead a team of supervisors, operators, and other staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability while minimizing waste. Ensure the quality control of recycled materials, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and machinery are in optimal condition, scheduling repairs and upgrades as needed.
