Responsibilities
• Give support in the End-to-End Logistic Operations activities.
• Create and strengthen the network and relationships with customers, suppliers, third parties and Yara team by collaboration value.
• Standardize processes and controls based on procedures and practices for outsourced sites.
• Plan, coordinate and control all activities related to fulfillment process : scheduling appointments with customers, vehicle allocations, dispatch program and executions in site and invoicing.
• Focus on optimal customer service, efficient and safe operations at minimum cost as possible during the decision-making process.
• Manage transactions in ERP SAP related to transport, production, and inventory management.
• Control inventory processes and fill out daily reports.
• Strengthen the pool of transport providers under Yara's standards that leverage growth and meet legal requirements, seeking to increase the transport rate.
