Job Responsibilities:
• Performs hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
• Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, order replacement parts as required.
• Provides on-site installation and technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base when required.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment, and assist in establishing preventive maintenance schedules with the customer.
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the customer.
• Timely completion and submission of all required paperwork such as Service Report, Technical Report, Problem Analysis Report and Management Report.
• Ensures customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Interfaces with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, marketing sales to continually evaluate and improve the product support solutions channel and strategy.
