Our client, an insurance giant, has a vacancy for a SEASONED SALES MANAGER to grow their insurance business in the Port-Elizabeth region.

The ideal candidate :

Is well versed and knowledgeable in the Short Term insurance industry

Is A leader, who can lead a diverse team to succeed in executing the business strategy and achieving sales targets for the region

Is able to Motivate, coach, mentor a dynamic team.

Has the ability to negotiate up to C Suite.

Knows how to get the best out of, and drive, a high performance culture.

Experience and Qualifications

Matric

Tertiary Qualification advantageous

Fir and Proper in terms of FAIS legislation

RE1 (for key individuals) & RE5 (for Representatives)

Relevant class of business (COB) and CPD compliant

3 years experience Managing an insurance sales team

5 years short term sales experience More Detail
