• Provide administrative support to the team of Investment Analysts, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments and external partners as needed
Profile As a Management Assistant, you have the following profile:
