Responsibilities:
• Coordinate induction processes for new staff members.
• Facilitate product-specific training sessions.
• Maintain training registers and records.
• Oversee training room setup and materials.
• Manage assessment processes and data entry.
• Assist in WSP and ATR submissions.
• Maintain and administer training systems.
Requirements:
• Matric or equivalent education.
• NQF Level 4 in insurance compliance.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS.
