Restaurant – White river, Mpumalanga
Requirements

Relevant experience in a restaurant environment.
Highly presentable and trendy.
Be able to navigate smoothly and effortlessly among tables.
Exceptional interpersonal and people skills.
Discerning and courteous to all audiences.
Driver’s license essential.
Working hours and shift schedule: 195 hours. Early shifts start at 6:00 am, late shifts close at 9:00 pm.

Key Performance Areas & Main Duties:

Tasked with ensuring the utmost standard of customer care.
Daily oversight of front-of-house and kitchen staff management.
Responsible for cash ups recon for the day.
Responsible for both opening and closing procedures at the restaurant.
Professionally address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Checking of emails and telephone messages.
