Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Network Operations Center / Cloud Infra Systems Support T1 Support is located in Olongapo / Subic Bay Freeport Zone. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks and support related to network operations and cloud infrastructure systems. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' networks and cloud environments.

Qualifications

Experience in supporting and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure systems

Knowledge of virtualization technologies and virtual machine management

Proficiency in system monitoring and performance optimization

Strong understanding of network technologies

Ability to diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work on-site in Olongapo / Subic Bay Freeport Zone
