The position is responsible for the first level of support for Manila, Cebu, and Davao clients' inquiries and issues.

The position is responsible for handling the monthly client calls to clients.

Escalation of cases/issues of clients to principal support if needed

Prepare and submit reports

To pass certifications of the products carried by the company
