Salary: RM 9000 - 15,000 + Language Allowance 1000 + Housing allowance 600

Education: Degree /Diploma (SPM not allowed)
Hours of Operation: Rotational Shifts, 24*7
Head Counts: 6
Language- Japanese + English
Must have B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Looking for a Native Japanese who has a CS Team Lead background of min 1 Year of work experience in the BPO Industry.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in Japanese & English.
