• End to end recruitment
• Discuss job offer to qualified applicants, prepare and facilitate contracts, requirement and pre-employment orientation
• Onboarding of New Hire employees
• Maintain employee information
• Prepare and process the statutory benefits and requirements for loans, claims and reports in SSS, PHIC and HDMH on a monthly basis
• Ensure compliance with the applicable government regulations
• Strict monitoring in the implementation of company guidelines and policies
• Monitoring of time keeping and leave credits
• Assist and participate in organizing company activities such as company outing, trainings and events
• Administer all appropriate documentation in relation to monthly reports, filling systems and other relevant documents
