As a CAD Technician, you are responsible to transform architectural imagery into meticulous CAD drawings utilizing exclusive CAD software. You'll collaborate directly with our US-based client, taking intricate measurements from their supplied images in the form of detailed CAD layouts.

Education:
• Degree in Drafting and Design, or a related field in engineering or architecture.

Technical Skills & Experience:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a CAD operator, with emphasis on Architectural CAD and CAD estimation.
• Adept at reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with CAD tools including RevIt, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc. Proficiency in AutoCAD will be viewed favorably.
• Adherence to accepted drawing standards.

Personal Skills:
• Proven ability to steer tasks to completion.
• Excellent communication skills.

Location: Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, 2900
