Responsibilities
• Update daily Cashflow reports by updating bank debits (actual withdrawals) and credits (collection) as per reconcile with updated daily bank statement and endorsed collected cheques from customers .
• Payment preparation such as issuance of Cheque & Voucher , Bank transfer (MBOS), Egov and printing of 2307 (EWT) if applicable and releasing the payments according to the schedule
• Recording all check issuance, bank transfer (FX, MBOS, Egov), cash payments and collections to Cash disbursement & Cash Receipt Journal and manage the fillings/scanning accordingly.
• Sending of payment informations to all suppliers through email or phone calls
• Handling of petty cash fund & cash advances report
• Managing Bank transaction history and preparation of Bank Reconciliations at the end of the month
• Process the approved bank transactions such as deposits, telegraphic transfer, fund transfer, withdrawals and foreign exchange conversions.
