The Senior Project Controls Administrator is responsible for measurement and tracking of all project cost including Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning. Maintaining the correct quantity progress basis and work hours in order to calculate earned percent complete for each phase of the project.
• Understand contract requirements
• Coordinate preparation of project cost management system
• Assist with loading the control estimate into the ERP System
• Assist in developing and maintaining the project cost report
• Assist with change order preparation and processing, project cost analysis and reporting
• Assist in maintaining cost forecast work sheets supporting the forecast process
• Based on quantity trending from Engineering, develop quantity adjustments to the forecast
• Promptly notify the EPFC Manager, Senior Management and Project Controls Manager of issues and concerns
