The Admin Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating company training programs for continuing development of multiple skills for PDE employees. S/He is tasked to provide support for the proper implementation of the company’s competency and performance management systems across PDE. She is also in charge of developing and implementing team events that will boost employee engagement. She will serve as the focal person of the team for all support related activities. She will also provide administrative support to the team in terms of travel requirements, payment processing and office management

• Coordinates the implementation of approved training with training providers and participants, in collaboration with HR
