From Catalonia Hotels & Resorts we are in search of a RESTAURANT MANAGER for our gastronomic space within the CATALONIA VONDEL AMSTERDAM hotel located in the center of Amsterdam.

Main responsibilities : · Complete management of the entire space· Sales control· Cost control and corresponding analysis· Monitoring and maintenance of teams, facilities· Management of personnel under their responsibility : selection, integration, training, evaluation, and motivation.
• Qualified performance of directing, planning, organizing, and controlling restaurant functions.· Supervise compliance with all safety and hygiene standards, as well as proper product storage.
• Management of complaints and claims with customers and employees.· Daily analysis.· Communication and coordination with hotel and F&B management.
• Organization of necessary resources for the proper provision of service.· Define, together with the kitchen manager and establishment management, the services to be provided.
