We have an AMAZING opportunity for a Senior Children's Support Worker to join a MODERN residential children's home in Crediton. You'll be supporting young people between the ages of 8-16 years old with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

We are looking for PASSIONATE, RESILIENT, and COMMITTED individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young people; to enable them to develop socially, emotionally and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for.

No two days are ever the same, so you need to be happy to work in a busy, ever-changing environment. It is challenging, but gratifying work!!

Job Title: Senior Children's Support Worker

Salary: £33,920 - £36,320 (Inclusive of sleeps)

Location: Crediton (EX17 postcode)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week plus 2 sleeps minimum

Shift pattern: (7:30am- 10pm - sleep - 7am - 9am)
