Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Ag Sales Representative to join our Home Centre team on a full-time basis at our location in St. Paul, AB. Reporting to the Home Centre Manager.

What you’ll do:

· Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences

· Call-on and develop new potential customers

· You will track daily calls and opportunities

· Promote the product and service lines available at the Co-op while adapting to changing market conditions

· You will continuously look for new ways to drive sales and grow market share

· Ensure sales goals are achieved

· Communicate professionally with suppliers and act as a facilitator for the resolution of product complaints

· Pricing, price checks, sales, ordering and inventory of agricultural equipment supplies and feed.

· Be goal oriented seeking both professional and personal development by attending training seminars where possible
