Job Description / Responsibility
• Control Room Operator objective is to organize and coordinate production shift team to produce good quality product taking cognizance of safety, efficiency, effectiveness, quality and cost per ton:
• Ensure to report concerned shift incharge or supervisor to take specific instructions from him.
• Ensure proper handover and take over from the previous shift.
• Ensure the cleaning of loading machines, packing machines, and the floor and its surroundings thoroughly.
• Operate loading machine and related operations based on laid down SOP.
• Ensure to pack and load specified tons per hour from related packing machines.
• Ensure that the exact amount of bags are correctly loaded on the trucks.
• Arranging the empty bags at all times on the packing floor.
• Report any malfunctions in Roto Packer/Loading machines and Auxiliaries to shift incharge and concerned supervisor.
