For the vacancy of Powder Baker, we are looking for a candidate with lots of enthusiasm to fly in.
Your duties will be as follows:
• You powder coat the materials and know what layer thicknesses to apply
• You are concerned with the correct baking temperature and times
• You help determine the order of the materials to be lacquered
• Setting up, operating and maintaining the coating installations
• You are responsible for checking the proper finish of the lacquered materials and take them off the lacquering line. This may be done manually, with an overhead crane or forklift truck.
• Packaging of parts
